J’existe.’s website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. We may make amendments to these terms and to the information contained in our website, without obligation to inform you in advance, so we advise you to check back often. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Governing Law

All Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgium Court, which the courts of Liège district are the only one competent.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site, including, but not limited to informational content, graphic elements and images are the copywrited material of J’existe. and may not be reproduced in any manner without our expressed written consent.

Limits on our Liability

None of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.

General Terms Of Sale

Eligibility To Purchase
By using this site, you certify that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to proceed an order on this website.

Acceptance of order
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, order to appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that J’existe. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, J’existe. shall issue a credit to you. After a cancellation, you will receive an email to notify you.

Pricing policy
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to discontinue any product at any time, to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. All prices on our site are listed in Euro, US Dollar or Pounds, but charged in Euro. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is as accurate as possible, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. All prices includes 21% Belgian TVA for shipment within E.C. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT, if any, but not postage and packing. The price does not include custom and/or import taxes that could be due by you for orders outside the European Union. Those taxes shall be paid directly by you to the relevant authorities. You are responsible to make enquiries about taxes that could be applicable, if any. We cannot give any information to you on this subject.

Product display
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information at any time (including after you have submitted your order).

Stock Avaibality
We do our best to keep the available stock accurate. It may however happen that you purchased an item out of stock. In that case, we will contact you to offer an exchange or the total refund of your order. We are under no obligation to compensate you.

Personal Information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal and bank transfers.

Security

Our store is hosted on Woocommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Woocommerce’s data storage that is on a secure server behind a firewall. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Woocommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We assume no liability in the case of damages caused by events including an interruption, a fault or a delay in operations or transmission, a computer virus, or any similar technical problem, a network fault or for any other reason whilst using our Website or its contents.

Delivery

In all situations mentioned above, we reserve the right for hygienic reasons, to refuse the return of an item which has been worn, used or is incomplete, damaged, washed or dirty.

Revocation Period

You can email us at andalltha@gmail.com to cancel any order made until the reception of the shipment confirmation. From this time, you have 14 days from the reception of the goods to send back the items not wished for an exchange or a refund. The shipping back is at your charge and we do not refund shipping cost.
